Work Arrangement: This position is a regional role and eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of one of our offices in Texas (Carrollton, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Austin, or Lubbock). Responsibilities: * Aid in development, implementation, training and mentoring all Resource Coordinators in the TXNLA Region. Drive continuous improvement through company performance management and increase overall customer satisfaction through process and accountability. * Maintain quality standards of work are maintained and followed in the Region. * Focus on Service metrics and KPI's to achieve targets and deliverables. * Maximize cash flow by ensuring work orders are created accurately, immediately and in accordance with customers billing intricacies. * Liaison between Resource Coordinator Administrator and ASM by providing status reports. * Up to 25% travel to various Trane offices within the Region may be required. Qualifications: * Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in the RC role with a desire to lead, develop and coach employees. * Strong business acumen including a thorough understanding of operational workflows, solid attention to detail and superior customer service skills. * Experience leading in an administrative environment is preferred. * Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service and Wennsoft programs. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Must have ability to work well in a team environment and effectively collaborate across multiple teams, offices, and departments. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $101,000 and eligible for an incentive plan. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
