We develop and implement best-in-class strategies to drive revenue growth and position IDology as a leading provider of identity verification solutions in the Americas. The role GBG IDology is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to define, execute, measure, and refine creative, compelling, and effective marketing programs and tactics to drive new customer acquisition, existing customer renewal and cross-sell to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. This individual will take a metrics-driven approach with strong cross-team collaboration across marketing, customer success, sales operations, and go-to-market teams. Success in this role will be measured in real business metrics: pipeline production, funnel velocity, opportunity creation and revenue. You will be a hands-on leader helping your team develop the best strategies for growth while nurturing a fun and engaging working environment built on trust and respect. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, s/he will possess a passion for creativity, new ways of thinking, operational efficiency, and measurability. What you will do * Demand Creation: Design and execute multi-channel strategies and programs that are aligned to target audiences to support pipeline and revenue goals. Employ marketing models that elevate IDology through brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurture. * Strategic Planning: Develop and leverage a broad understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, market landscape and translate opportunities and key areas of competitive difference into marketing initiatives for direct and partnership segments. * Campaign Management: Construct and implement marketing programs that create awareness, engage buyers and influencers, and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle. * Messaging: Understand buyer mindset to create authentic conversations and programs that accelerate buying cycles. Partner closely with product marketing to ensure alignment on audience segmentation, key messages, and positioning to tactical planning. * Go-to-Market & Activation: Concept and end-to-end strategic direction for go-to-market activities like webinars, tradeshows/events, sponsorships, product launches, promotional campaigns, and partnership marketing. * Reporting, Analysis & Metrics: Identify and regularly report on KPIs to track and measure effectiveness of marketing programs. Track marketing funnel and optimize performance at each stage; continually optimize online and offline programs to ensure optimal ROI. Analyze channel and full-funnel reporting for insights and opportunities for optimizing resources, processes, and technology. * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate and communicate with a variety of stakeholders including sales, product management, sales operations, outside agency, and leadership. Partner with extended marketing team to develop content, assets, and digital to drive performance and enhance the brand. * Continuous Improvement: Enhance best practices and evaluate the latest B2B marketing strategies; ensure a data-driven test-and-learn approach to optimize acquisition and engagement. Refine marketing mix to improve reach and efficiencies. * Account Based Marketing: Use account-based marketing methodology and technology to gain alignment with sales and increase pipeline for prioritized accounts: new logos and partnerships.
