Union pay range: $21.50 - $26.85 Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years old * High school diploma or equivalent * Some college and/or WAFC Retail Management Certificate is preferred * Two years retail experience is required * Ability to operate all department machinery and equipment. * Skilled in prioritizing, planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple projects while adapting to changes in time frames. * Ability to operate a check stand POS system and demonstrate the ability to use basic math to calculate figures and amounts while operating a register. * Ability to effectively convey and understand information verbally and in written format. * Good people skills and ability to easily establish a rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. * Must be able to work well in a team environment, and project and convey a positive attitude and be solution oriented. * Ability to solve practical problems where only limited standardization may exist. * Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
