What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead. What you will be doing: As an Engineering Team Lead at Semperis, you will play a crucial role in our Migrator for Active Directory team, working collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge security and identity products. Your primary focus will be on developing a product that performs directory migration between two Active Directory instances. You will lead, manage, and motivate the engineering team, set their objectives, and handle various management tasks, including backlog management and stakeholder communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of new product releases and maintaining previously released versions of the product, including solving product issues and releasing hotfixes. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in team leadership and product development. * Providing technical leadership and guidance including design and code reviews * Tracking team development process and being accountable for product delivery, quality, and timelines. * Setting high-quality standards, seek and choose technical solutions to meet current and future needs. * Participate and lead design and implementation of the product. * Be responsible for the growth and evolution of your team members and provide career development and mentorship. What you will bring to the table: * Experience leading and growing a develepment team ( currently 7 engineers) * 5+ years experience in C#  and demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of similar size and complexity. * Experience with building enterprise applications within a CI/CD environment using Azure DevOps, or a similar platform. * Good practical experience with secure software development lifecycle of enterprise windows applications. * Expert in Active Directory.
