We're looking for a people operations assistant to join our ranks. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level People Team/Ops Assistant to join our team on-site at our new location in Cincinnati OH. The People Operations Assistant will play a vital role in helping our new employees acclimate to the company culture, play an important role on our People Ops team and fulfill project requests from our home office in Waltham, MA. You will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience, supporting our new Cincinnati office, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a welcoming experience * Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing their questions, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures * Coordinate with the home office in Waltham, MA, to fulfill project requests, office needs and ensure timely completion of tasks * Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives * Provide administrative support to the People department, including scheduling meetings, and other requests * Oversee and coordinate our Milestone Awards program, coordinating communications for 1 year, 5 year, 10 year and up anniversaries * Assist out People Development team (learning and development) with training projects * Support various People Team projects and initiatives as needed * Ensure new employees complete all necessary paperwork and training Core Strengths and Skills * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred * Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism * Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Have we piqued your curiosity?
