About the job Under the close supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor II and the technical direction of the assigned Quality Assurance Case Management Section staff, the Quality Assurance Testing Support Assistant is responsible for the testing phase of the Software Development Life Cycle of enterprise applications and supporting components.
