This is a commission-based position with no caps on your income potential. Most reps make between $60K - $100K with top producers making over $200K! What will I be doing? * Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible off-site guests and visitors. * Confirm appointments with guests to guarantee tour reservations and improve show rate. * Distribute HGV information, collateral and materials while maintaining location operating standards. * Follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet minimum eligibility standards and costs are met monthly. * Carry out all other reasonable requests by management of which one can perform. Qualifications What we are looking for: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Ability to read, write, and speak English * At least 1-2 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience. * Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Be highly driven and a self-starter. * Detailed understanding of local area. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities. * Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
