Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in personnel administration, human resources, labor relations, employee benefits, public records administration or related field to include supervisory experience are required. Recruitment Notes This position is responsible for the Administrative Services Division of MDFR which involves oversight over the Human Resources Bureau and the Records and Resources Bureau. The position manages the work performed by both bureaus which handle all Human Resources programs involving a 2,900-employee workforce and all Records and Resources functions to include records storage and retention, public records requests, and subpoenas for records.
