Collaborates with the staff working edits to identify trends of errors prior to claims submission. Actively identify fluctuations utilizing key indicators; A/R days, aging, FBNS. Work in close collaboration with other departments to implement required changes to meet governmental or contractual payer changes. Continually monitor department and system processes for improvement opportunity. * Job Requirements * Education * Required: High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience * Required: 1-2 years' experience in healthcare reimbursement, billing and collections and/or accounts receivable * Preferred: 1 - 2 year' Leadership experience * Skills * Knowledge of accounting/finance systems * Excellent Computer Skills * Strong analytical and interpretive skills * Critical thinking * Familiarity with medical terminology and coding * Effective Oral and Written Communication * Licensure/Certification/Registration * N/A
