Over the course of 10-12 weeks, a Food Production Manufacturing Intern, you'll work in our processing plant located in Raeford, NC. You'll dive into daily plant operations, tackle industry challenges, and contribute to process improvements. The program's primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry. What you'll do: * Master the ins and outs of food production. * Collaborate with our team to optimize processes. * Contribute to quality assurance and food safety. * Develop your leadership skills by guiding and mentoring our first-line employees.
