Job Description Support a variety of research projects at the Center for Research Methods Consultation. Examples of student activities and tasks: * Assist with research, evaluation, and assessment designs * Conducting literature reviews related to the research projects * Assist with the development and validation of the assessments * Create and administer surveys * Conduct or assist with focus group or individual interviews * Clean, transcribe, code, and help analyze and interpret data * Assist with grant writing and submission * Coordinate and help manage research projects * Assist with research project report writing * Assist with manuscript writing * Provide or assist with research methods consultation * Assist with CRMC meetings and events * Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications * Currently enrolled in KU Graduate programs in research, evaluation, data analytics, or any other relevant fields * Be in academic good standing and making satisfactory progress toward a graduate degree Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in statistical and other data analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, NVivo) * Exemplary ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, faculty, and external stakeholders * Exemplary analytical and critical thinking skills * Prior experience in research and evaluation * High motivation and passion for research * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
