In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams across The Google School. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities * Lead a project team of Googlers and an external agency to develop and execute Sociotechnical and Inclusive learning and development programs and curriculum integration into existing marquee programming. * Lead stakeholders and partner engagements to gain input to shape the strategy and plan. * Lead and direct others to enable quality execution. * Guide, approve, and directly contribute to Go To Market (GTM) strategy. * Partner across the organization to deliver the campaign directly to Googlers.
