RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Administrative Director of Research to join our team. As a Administrative Director of Research, you will direct and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical research program. This role confers with executive management to plan operational objectives, develop policies and procedures, coordinate functions and operations, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives. The Administrative Director of Research has a solid background and knowledge of the clinical research field, GCP, and regulatory requirements. The Administrative Director of Research is responsible for the overall success and operational excellence of the clinical research team. This role is responsible for managing the existing research vendors but also has responsibility in partnering with the sales team to drive business development, expansion and growth into new markets and with new partners. This is a full-time position working various hours. Responsibilities and Duties * Serves as the operational lead on all things related to research * Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and research site staff members. * Oversees the maintenance of up-to-date clinical study binders and retention of all study records in accordance with study guidelines. * Facilitates study start up by completing feasibility questionnaires, building protocols and running phantom scans for study start up and longitudinal QC submission. To the extent needed, assists with study start up between vendors and research sites. * Ensures all regulatory documents are accurate and complete. * Facilitates monitor and sponsor visits. * Ensures all images are uploaded to the appropriate portal per study guidelines. * Maintain accurate records of services performed. * Ensures confidentiality of all health information as required by Florida Statues, HIPPA, and GCP guidelines * Assist in negotiating contracts for service. * Ensure appropriate work orders are executed per the Master Services Agreement. * Train new vendors and staff on imaging and biopsy procedures per study protocol. * Act as a liaison between the study sites and vendors. * Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management on billing and invoicing Qualifications * Knowledge of clinical operations, protocols, safety regulations, and processes * Experience in leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to lead, facilitate, consult, research and educate * Strong organizational skills, self-directed, and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects * Knowledge and experience in the clinical research field * AS or BS Degree * AART and RT(T) or RN in the state of Florida * ACLS, BLS Specific to Director role: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * ACLS, BLS, GCP, IATA RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
