About the Role The Senior Vice President of Healthcare Operations is responsible for the overall operational execution to support achieving revenue expectations. This key role will play an instrumental part in helping to grow the next generation of a well-established healthcare technology business and will include oversight of Product Delivery and Consulting, Data Management, multi-national matrix organization, and Product Operations and Support. Central to our efforts, this team will work collaboratively with product management, strategy, sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure our vision is translated into execution. Critical experience for this position includes exposure to and comfort in: * Data, technology, support and delivery operations * Multi-national matrix environments (offshore, hybrid) * Dynamic, fast-moving daily pace and complex operating models * Fast evolving product lines and delivery modalities leveraging best-in-breed technologies * Cloud-based operations and tech delivery * 3rd party partner management * Collaboration with technology and strategy leadership * P&L and large team management Responsibilities * Lead and manage a global operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. * Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting continuous learning and professional development. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Business Unit, ensuring timely and effective resolution of respondent inquiries and issues. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess team performance against benchmarks. * Navigate and bridge communication gaps across multiple languages, ensuring consistent and high-quality operations globally. * Work closely with regional teams to understand local respondent needs and tailor strategies accordingly. * Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance operational excellence. * Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation tools seamlessly to drive operational efficiencies. * Implement training programs to enhance team members' operational skills and product knowledge. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years Services and Operations including demonstrated success in prior roles, or proven business track record at a senior level. * Advanced conceptual thinking in complex/new situations. * Ability to work in a heavily matrixed and distributed environment. * Knowledge and experience of company products and services. * Experience preparing, implementing, and exceeding established strategic business plans. * Attention to detail, including excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. * Success delivering results within assigned expense budget, including revenue growth with proper expense controls/management, etc. * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Proven experience (minimum seven years) in leading a global operations team in a similar industry, focusing on market research panels or healthcare. * Success in implementing and managing automation solutions for operational excellence. * Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers. * Excellent leadership and people management skills. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
