Job Description and Requirements Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and execute the company's tax strategy to minimize tax liabilities, maximize tax incentives, and support overall business goals. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and related documentation. * Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization, such as R&D tax credits, transfer pricing strategies, and international tax planning. * Manage tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax authorities. Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed. * Oversee the tax provision and reporting process, including income tax accounting, deferred taxes, and effective tax rate analysis. * Work closely with finance, legal, and other departments to provide tax insights and support for various business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. * Identify and mitigate tax-related risks and implement strategies to minimize exposure. Qualifications: * Extensive experience in tax management * Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * 10+ years of combined public accounting or industry experience * Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent) The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $174,000-$262,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
