Koch Intern Video Our Team As part of our Transportation Solutions business unit, you will have the opportunity to learn and support other project managers within our suite of high-power connector, terminal, sensors, and other connector products. This role will work cross-functionally with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Product Management. What You Will Do * Project Planning - supporting Project Managers with Product Test scheduling, planning and executing with Global Test facilities * Project RnD Spend Analysis - Exposure to financial analysis with Project Manager * Opportunity to shadow PJM's within team supporting project team activities * Support other departments, Engineering, Quality and Product Managers as needed * Opportunities will be provided to develop skillset within project management team * Plan an assigned activity through complete life cycle, including financials * Learn Molex PDP and Project Manager responsibilities * Learn technical skills from support resources * Learn Molex Lab and product test procedures * Networking and career path opportunities exposure Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related technical degree program * Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027. * Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead * Prior internship/co-op experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
