Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range. Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * At least 18 years of age. * Previous pallet jack experience preferred. * Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. * Able to work in a subzero environment.
