We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Azure Product Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) team for a Partner Marketing Lead for an Azure Solution Play. This role will focus on the "Unify Your Intelligent Data and Analytics Platform" solution play, which spans across Microsoft's Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) business. You will be responsible for creating world-class partner marketing plans to drive the solution play's business outcomes. You will serve as the bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams and the partner organization, offering unique perspectives and insights into partner opportunities. This role aims to empower our customers through our partner ecosystem and Azure partner hero offerings. The solution play is central to helping our joint customers unify data and analytics on an open and governed foundation, streamlining data transformation, business intelligence, and generative AI. Required/Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business * OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business * OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business * OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business * OR equivalent experience. * Understanding of the partner ecosystem, experience working with partners, or working for a partner organization. * Effective communication skills, written and verbal. With the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization -- including with executives -- with actionable clarity and transparency. * Experience with data-driven analysis and interpretation. Including experience with reporting platforms, trends and anomaly detection, and holistic problem diagnosis. * Experience using intellectual curiosity and critical thinking to break through team hurdles, create new opportunities, and understand root cause. * Ability to synthesize different sources of information to uncover insights and next priority actions to drive the business forward. Spot problem areas or opportunities within and across. * Effective collaborator on multi-faceted issues that span multiple groups, with the ability to forge relationships that drive results. * Experience influencing others to deliver desired business outcome by moving others across organizational boundaries and taking ownership of issues without a clear owner. Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work. * Design and execute a partner marketing strategy for solution play. * Build partner assets inclusive of to-partner value pitch and partnerized assets (L100/L200 pitch decks, datasheets, white papers, etc). * Create core thru-partner Bill of Materials (BOM): Campaign-in-a-box, Workshop-in-a-box, etc. * Create plan and guide content for partner enablement. * Conduct on-going research on partner business and profitability to inform recommendations for solution play. * Build capacity analysis and insights for partner ecosystem (Reach, Frequency, Yield) and for Azure partner hero offerings. * Lead in first party and third party events for partners for solution play. * Embody our culture and values
