As Data Analytics Director in our Strategic Operations Analytics group, you will provide advanced analytics support to business units across ADP. The Director of Analytics will be an experienced leader responsible for driving the strategic direction of our Client360 family of tools. In this role, you will lead a matrixed team of data engineers, UI/UX designers, and analytics managers to understand and prioritize business requirements and roadmap product enhancements. The Director will work with Business unit leaders to drive adoption and increase utilization through training and communications. Partnering with business leaders, the Director will re-envision current risk initiatives to drive increased results. This will be a highly collaborative position with significant opportunities to partner with senior leaders across both Analytics and Business units across ADP. Learn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers Here's what you can expect on a typical day: * Drive the strategic direction of ADP's Client360 family of tools. * Craft and manage a strategic roadmap independently, seeing it through end-to-end with minimal supervision. * Lead a highly matrixed team of stakeholders, including analytics managers, UX designers, and data engineers, employing effective project management and communication skills to collaboratively prioritize business requirements and roadmap product enhancements. * Collaborate across teams to impact business results through partnership, re-envision current risk initiatives, drive adoption, and increase utilization through training and communications. * Stay current with industry trends and tools to facilitate continual improvement of processes and results. * Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting goals and deliverables. Experience. You have 10+ years of professional Data Analytics or Business Intelligence experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: * Strategic leader with experience impacting business results through partnership and collaboration using strong facilitation and consensus-building skills. * Experience with crafting and managing a strategy/roadmap independently, seeing it through end-to-end with minimal supervision. * Experience in data analytics and data visualizations. * Strong project management, presentation, and collaboration skills. * Strong communication and storytelling experience with the ability to present complex concepts to management, service associates, and non-technical audiences. * Experience handling large complex projects to meet goals and deliverables. * Prior leadership of Service/Loyalty organizations; knowledge of KPIs, tools, and technology in a contact center environment. * Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high levels of achievement and excellence. * You'll have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including computer science, statistics, math, or aptitude in analytics, OR equivalent. For additional comfortability in the role: * Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau. * Experience leading product development lifecycle including working with stakeholders to define requirements, collaborating with technical teams of engineers and UX developers, and leading user acceptance testing. * Knowledge of advanced analytics, GenAI, predictive models, regression, and statistics.
