Overview
An Apprentice Carpenter is an entry-level position that provides hands-on experience in the carpentry trade. Apprentices are usually employed by a contractor or carpenter, and spend their time learning how to use tools, read plans, measure accurately, and construct various types of structures.In addition to practical training on the job site, apprentices must complete classroom instruction related to carpentry techniques and safety regulations.
