A Customer Relations Manager builds strong professional relationships with key customer accounts. Their role is to create plans to cater to the customer's needs, advise customers on new and profitable practices, and schedule regular meetings with customer to ensure their satisfaction. Their responsibilities are to be the point of contact for complaints, escalate issues, study the competition to find new ways to attract customers, help the sales department upsell and cross sell their products and services, and work to meet established sales and revenue targets.
