Maintenance Job Description
Overview
The Maintenance is a person who performs routine maintenance around a building. Their role is fixing structural damage, repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage, restoring full use of water fixtures, working on damaged electrical wiring, and maintaining the buildings HVAC equipment. Their responsibilities are applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries, and painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
