These guidelines aim to create a safe, respectful, and professional environment for candidates and employers viewing user provided content on Jobtrees. Non-compliance may result in the removal of content and or user privileges of the site.
1. Employer Videos: Focus on Job & Company Details Only:

2. Employer Videos: Consistent with Professional Standards:

Wear attire that aligns with the company’s dress code, use neutral background music (if any), and ensure all participants consent to appear in the video.

3. Employer Videos: Keep it Brief & Relevant:

Videos should be concise, no longer than 1 minute, and focused solely on recruitment aspects such as the role, company culture, and application process.

4. Honesty & Accuracy:

Ensure all information presented is truthful and representative of the subject matter. Avoid any misleading claims, unverified information, or rumors.

5. Professional Tone & Language:

Use language that is respectful, inclusive, and suitable for a professional setting. Avoid profanity, offensive language, derogatory comments, or harassment.

6. Positive & Safe Content:

Maintain a positive tone, avoiding references to self-harm, violence, or harmful behaviors. Exclude any potentially dangerous or risky activities.

7. Respectful & Inclusive:

Ensure content does not contain any form of hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or depictions of violence, crime, or illegal activity.

8. No Sensitive Topics or Imagery:

Do not feature minors or include any nudity, sexual content, or references to sensitive topics inappropriate for a professional audience.

9. Stay Neutral & Lawful:

Avoid mentions of the sale of illegal or regulated goods. Maintain compliance with copyright laws and use royalty-free or approved content only.

10. Confidentiality:

Refrain from sharing any sensitive or confidential company information, candidate data, or trade secrets.
