Position: Bilingual Assistant Producer - Part Time/Non-Exempt Department: Marketing - Marketing and Broadcast Services Reports to: Manager, International Marketing Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ) Format: In-person Cardinals Organizational Summary: The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). Job Summary: The Arizona Cardinals Bilingual Assistant Producer for Marketing and Broadcast Services will be responsible for creating and hosting content for all team platforms across broadcast and digital. Candidate should have strong creative process and foresight to envision and execute a project from start to finish. Fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement. This position will report to the Manager, International Marketing. Primary Job Duties: The Bilingual Assistant Producer will have the daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following: * Create entertaining and informative content with dynamic visual storytelling through unique and exceptional videography and editing, including (but not limited to) the following roles: * Work directly with Manager, International Marketing to create and execute content strategy for fans in Mexico. * Produce - and at times, host - creative video highlights, features and programs to be published on team website, social platforms and television programs. * Create topical videos beyond football analysis to include lifestyle, entertainment, humor, and community-focused initiatives - designed for specific platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. * Produce game day content, highlighting team partners, fans and tentpole events. * Create unique ways to drive traffic to all platforms with engaging promotional assets. * Curate footage from game day, international trips and tentpole events * Generate and implement innovative video concepts in the week leading up to game day. * Coordinate with other departments (marketing, social media and design and creative) to ensure cohesive content delivery. * Assist Business Development in creating and executing sponsored content in-line with team-partner's brand and objectives, particular to Spanish-speaking audience segments. * Assist in the publication process to various platforms. * Keep up with the latest trends and production techniques. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree * Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in digital media production, including videography and short/long-form editing * Expert ability with multiple cameras and formats. * Expert knowledge and skills using Adobe Creative Suite. * Experience in video production for a major sports or entertainment brand. * Fluent in Spanish. * Strong background working in a collaborative, deadline-oriented environment. * Flexible schedule including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
