In this role, you'll leverage your lived experience and specialized training to assist clients on their journey to recovery from mental illness, addiction, and trauma. Key Responsibilities: * Provide integrated, recovery-focused services that are client-centered and culturally competent. * Conduct health promotion activities including vitals monitoring, health education, and lifestyle interventions. * Support individuals and families with advocacy, medication adherence, crisis planning, and social skill building. * Facilitate peer support groups and promote wellness through programs like WRAP.
