Content Manager

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Content Manager to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in New York, NY-HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Develop an impactful content strategy that aligns with the division's goals and target audience.
* Shape our narrative and build brand awareness by crafting content that spans the buyers journey including reports, blog posts, scripts, long-form narratives, social media and email marketing campaigns, webinars, client stories, and case studies.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams including subject-matter experts and internal teams to identify content opportunities and create high-impact content from long-form content to short-form videos.
* Develop and manage the content calendar ensuring content is delivered on time to support marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches.
* Oversee external content creators and writers to increase internal capacity.
* Optimize content for SEO to drive organic search rankings and website traffic.
* Leverage data and analytics tools to measure content performance, drive content strategy, and continuously improve.
* Stay on top of content marketing trends, advancements and best practices.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree in journalism, creative writing, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, content creation, or a related role.
* 2+ years of B2B or SaaS content marketing experience, ideally at a fintech or in the financial services industry.
* Exceptional writing skills and experience crafting high quality content across formats and mediums.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex and technical information for diverse audiences.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and marketing automation platforms.
* Expertise using analytic tools to measure content performance.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability consistently meet deadlines and oversee multiple projects.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
