Our products consist of Luzianne Iced Tea, New England Coffee, Swan's Down Cake Flour, and Blue Plate Mayonnaise (to name a few) and can be found in retail locations around the country. We're a 5th generation, family company based out of one of the top culinary cities in the country, New Orleans!

The Associate Brand Manager helps shape and drive overall strategy for several brands within the Reily Foods portfolio. This is a highly influential role responsible for a diverse range of marketing initiatives and analyses that directly impact the company’s long-term strategic growth initiatives. The position works closely with internal and external partners and requires a strong passion to learn and excellent collaboration skills.

BLENDING TO PERFECTION. The crucial step to this position's success.

  • Assists in executing omni-channel strategy to achieve profitable growth targets across the portfolio
  • Participates in the development and execution of consumer-relevant annual marketing plans, with clear measures for success that contribute to sales, profit and brand health objectives
  • Utilizes primary and secondary research to complete analytics and diagnosis of business, consumer issues, and recommend opportunities to meet our growth objectives
  • Works directly with Sales team to evaluate regional and customer-specific brand opportunities, market needs and program effectiveness to drive brand growth and share
  • Act as Product Owner, developing effective working relationships with cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations) to drive efficiencies
  • Manages new product and renovation processes, including overseeing packaging development, new item setup & commercialization, selling presentation development and monitoring launch results
  • Collaborates with Category Development teams to develop and deliver program elements that solve business issues and better meet the market’s needs, inclusive of sales growth plans and sell sheets
  • Leads briefs and works directly with our creative agency to develop winning brand platforms including sales promotion, in-store activation, experiential and digital/social assets, that deliver business results
  • Keeps abreast of consumer and competitive trends, helping to identify any necessary action steps
  • Assists in the development and execution of marketing research
  • Other duties as assigned

THE SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in traditional CPG brand management
  • Previous experience in the food/beverage CPG industry a plus
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker with excellent analytic capabilities and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative matrix
  • Highly entrepreneurial, passionately curious, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and demonstrate consistent initiative
  • Experience in analyzing Nielsen or IRI syndicated consumption data
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); must be able to create engaging reports and presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage through influence with internal and external partners
