In this role, you will: * Coordinate and manage claims from intake to closure, collaborating with insurance brokers, adjusters, defense counsel, and internal teams * Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights on claim prevention and mitigation strategies * Support employees return-to-work processes, including light duty program coordination and workers compensation care * Handle administrative responsibilities such as document preparation, invoicing, and communication with key stakeholders Were looking for someone with a strong foundation in administrative work who is ready to take ownership of processes and grow their impact. Qualifications include: * 5+ years of professional experience, with knowledge or exposure to insurance (workers compensation, general liability, etc.) being a plus * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a passion for problem-solving and intellectual curiosity * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
