Our client, a labor union, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Burlingame, CA team for 2 months!

Responsibilities

  • Use the internal database to look up information on meetings and cases.
  • Update database to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter information into spreadsheets and organize files.
  • Scan files and handle filing.
  • Additional administrative tasks/support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of secretarial, administrative, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, phones, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation/Addt'l Info:

  • $25/hr-$27/hr depending on experience.
  • Starting ASAP and lasting 3 months.
  • 100% on-site in Burlingame, CA.
  • Free parking!
  • Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.
