Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Content Development & Curation: Create and manage learning, curriculum, and content as part of a role based framework for Sales and Engineering, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, and Support) to gather inputs and refine content. * Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration: Analyze learning effectiveness, integrate feedback, and refine content to meet evolving needs and optimize learning outcomes. Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
