Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Development & Curation: Create and manage learning, curriculum, and content as part of a role based framework for Sales and Engineering, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, and Support) to gather inputs and refine content.
* Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration: Analyze learning effectiveness, integrate feedback, and refine content to meet evolving needs and optimize learning outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree and 12+ years OR Masters Degree and 10+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization
* Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
* Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement and/or sales or direct engineering experience preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success
* This role is Broadcom office based-not available for remote work

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
