The Marketing Associate/ Manager is part of the Brand Marketing Team and is a key role to plan and calendarize all wholesale business initiatives in US and Canada. There is a strong focus on Sephora, Amazon, Nordstrom, and Ulta as well as additional partners.
Strong awareness of larger marketing direction to ensure there is cohesive brand messaging and vision implemented into the wholesale channel. Also, working directly with sales team to develop assortment plans, promotions, product launches, and kit development keeping in mind margin, costs and sales.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: spearheading all communication related to wholesale, updating teams on all facets of the business needs, managing projects such as local kit development process and execution while, and display/signage updates.
This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills, a deep understanding of our internal processes, a very strong ability to connect customer insights, data analytics to products/campaign unique selling propositions to drive customer engagement and ultimately sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Wholesale Initiatives & Project Management
Establish strong relationships with and act as day-to-day marketing lead for key internal and external partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Creative and other teams / partners as needed to effectively project manage deliverables. Monitor sales trends of wholesale partners and Sell In channels to leverage marketing initiatives that are best for wholesale channel. Lead efforts to drive, align, and execute all key Brand initiatives across in-store and digital wholesale channels. Ensuring consistency across in-store and digital channels when planning seasonal strategies, assets, POS, and activations. Lead weekly marketing & wholesale operational meeting to plan, review, and anticipate evergreen and promotional initiatives. In partnership with sales team, develop Market Meeting Presentations and strategies, define product assortments, promotions and special activations across key retail partners.
Local Packaging Planning & Development
Build strong relationships with Creative Team, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, outside vendors to develop exclusive kits packaging to enhance brand image, maintain margins and leadtimes.
Category & Product Life Cycle
Work closely with Senior Trade Marketing Manager to define appropriate launch and animation timing Communicate recommendation, updates, and changes effectively to teams for assortment management (new launches, first in first out, and exit strategy).
ll other duties or projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION
BA/BSC required EXPERIENCE
3+ years' experience in beauty, wholesale, project management SKILLS
Passion for beauty, branding and customer experience Project management skills with delivery / results focus, with strong attention to detail Good analytical skills and ability to connect data with an actionable plan positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with internal and external team members to achieve deliverables bility to work well within a team and cross functionally with exceptional communication skills bility to manage several projects simultaneously, with limited supervision and under tight timeframes Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint IMMEDIATE HIRE!! $35-$40/hr
