Growing Atlanta closing firm is in need of an upbeat, take charge, experienced residential and commercial closing attorney. Excellent opportunity for an independent contract attorney to build their book of business under an established brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following company policy on how to conduct each contract

  • Legal understanding of settlement statements, security deeds, warranty deeds, closing package, etc.

  • Be able to identify and correct mistakes within the closing package

  • Complete attorney notes in regards to closing package

  • Traveling to signings outside of the office, ensuring documents are thoroughly executed, stamped appropriately, scanned back and mailed out.

  • Flexible schedule for closings

Qualifications:

  • Georgia licensed attorney

  • Active member of the State Bar of Georgia, in good standing.

  • Notary Public Certification

  • Error & Omissions insurance

  • Satisfactory background check

  • Attention to detail; excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to think on your feet

  • Present in a polite, polished and friendly manner at all times

Pay is commission based: $100.00-$160.00 per closing with the potential to conduct 5-50 closings a month. Additional compensation is provided for closings that originate through your own book of business.
