Overview
We currently have an opening within our strategy team for a Senior Strategist, Digital Strategy.
As a Senior Digital Strategist at RFH, you will support the management and engagement strategy of digital and social media. You will help with uncovering insights, developing strategies, and frameworks designed to elevate our creative work, digital orchestration, and drive results for our clients. You will advocate for creating customer-centric and data-inspired experiences for brands that will influence key moments and behaviors along a treatment journey.
Responsibilities
* Own the orchestration and audit of brand content to support media coordination and engagement strategy across multiple stakeholders
* Support social media strategy and execution, including social creative best practices, ad mockups, profile creation, and coordination across social platforms
* Collaborate with media, social, brand strategy, and analytics teams to ensure all marketing efforts and tactical plans align to brand priorities and content strategies
* Uncover customer behaviors and insights that drive overall engagement, informing messaging and content strategy with best strategy
* Review digital project briefs that keep the customer at the center of all omnichannel marketing efforts to achieve brand goals and check for digital and social platform specs and best practices
* Understand how customers interact with content, devices, channels, and media to support customized omnichannel experiences, personalized by audience segments
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of brand, communications, digital or content strategy experience
* A drive to do better and improve those around you
* Sharp attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills needed to maintain brand integrity and dialogue with a broad user base
* A finger on the pulse of consumer, media, healthcare and cultural trends
* Knowledgeable about traditional and digital media, social media, channels and technologies and an understanding of how channels work together
* Experience working in some of the leading social media platforms of the day: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and more
* Understanding of community management and creative best practices specific to the social media landscape
* A builder of ecosystems and user pathways
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* A collaborator, who is comfortable working with the larger strategy team to develop the briefs and guide the creative process
* Passionate about brands and advertising
* Digitally savvy, experienced with media-centric tools such as META, Comscore, MRI, Google Trends, Google Analytics, SEMrush, listening platforms

Compensation Range: $53,200 - $70,560 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
