Position: Marketing Assistant Location: Chester Springs, PA (In-office) Schedule: 20-25 hours per week during typical business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm) Duration: 3-6 months Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Reports To: National Sales Manager About Us Founded in 1974, Penn Tank Lines, Inc. is a leader in the transportation industry, specializing in the delivery of petroleum and other products across two-thirds of the United States. With a fleet of over 400 trucks, we pride ourselves on providing Safe, Accurate, Flexible, and Efficient transportation services. We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Sales Team with a range of marketing tasks, from CRM maintenance to content development, graphic design, marketing campaigns and customer surveys. This is a temporary part-time position with the possibility for growth in other projects. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Department Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * CRM Program Enhancement: Help update and enhance the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system HubSpot. * Marketing Content Creation: Assist the sales team with content creating and marketing of said content to both current and target customers. * Customer Drip Marketing Program: Assist in creating and tracking email marketing campaigns aimed at specific customer groups. Additional Information: * This position offers flexible working hours, ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales. * The role may evolve based on individual performance and company needs. Qualifications: * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Creative and able to think outside the box * Knowledge of marketing principles and tools Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework or a degree in a relevant field is preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or marketing. * Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases is required. * Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. * Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
