Conduct experiments necessary to publish a paper on the function of a cell surface protein in Drosophila Essential Job Duties Larval dissection, staining, imaging, and analysis of phenotypes. Construction of plasmids to make transgenic Drosophila. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience. Molecular biology and genetics skills. Experience working with drosophila Experience working with microscope, confocal microscope, dissecting embryos skills. Preferred Qualifications Postdoc experience in Biology, Genetics.
