Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Working with metal and wood framing and roof truss components
- Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework
- Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Helping place and secure wood during the building process
- Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
- Rebuilding an entire deck - rough framing involved - structural - finish
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to commute to multiple construction sites throughout day
- Min 3 years verifiable experience - references required
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periodsac throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
