This is a hybrid role to our Dayton, Ohio office, which requires working out of our office every Wednesday and Thursday. Are you passionate about executing marketing campaigns? About the Role The Marketing Content Specialist plays a crucial role in executing marketing strategies focused on acquiring new customers, retaining current customers, and driving business growth, through strategic event planning and other marketing activities. Responsibilities: * Implementing comprehensive acquisition and retention campaigns to attract and engage customers. * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars. * Executing lead generation strategies, including targeted advertising, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and promotional content. * Analyzing market data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for targeted acquisition campaigns. * Utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes. * Monitoring and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to continuously improve acquisition marketing efforts. * Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in acquisition marketing and lead generation techniques. * Contributing to the overall marketing initiatives to drive new business growth and expand the customer base. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in acquisition marketing, lead generation, or new business development roles. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong project management and organizational abilities. * Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights. * Creativity and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Work in a way that works for you Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
