Position requires use of GIS software, tools, and methods to generate maps and other visualization products (paper, image, pdf, poster, infographic, and web) and conduct routine spatial analyses based on predefined procedures. Position is responsible for IHPR's mapping product design and implementation and will work with Senior GIS staff to create conceptualized products and standardized mapping templates. Other software usages will include Adobe products (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop); programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, JavaScript); and health-related research methods and standards (e.g., HIPAA) in a fast-paced, applied research environment to meet contract deliverables and goals. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
