Senior Product Designer Job Role:- Senior Product Designer< Location:- Tamp, Florida.< < < The Role< As a Senior Product Designer youll be contributing directly to the design of our digital products Working in concert with Product and Engineering partners and UX Research colleagues youll be applying your skills and experience to create high quality designs in all stages of the UX design process including ideation wireframing prototyping and highfidelity design< < Responsibilities< Work closely with research stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to brainstorm and cocreate ideas approaches and solutions< Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using Figma along with our established Design System< Ensure that designs follow best practices and use research testing to inform and validate< Confidently challenge the status quo encouraging all involved to address root causes to ensure the best outcome for users< Apply a positive and constructive attitude to all feedback< Deliver highquality design assets to the engineering team along with clear guidance to ensure all aspects of the designs are fully understood< Provide ongoing support to engineering with regular UX review checkpoints to ensure quality and that the system is being built as designed< Keep up to date with the latest UX practices innovations and tools< Ensure all designs comply with ADAWCAG standards for accessibility< Deliver on time identifying and managing risks to ensure timelines are met and escalating where needed< Assist and train new UX starters in the team< Contribute to the wider UX community of practice< < Required Skills Experience and Competencies< 3 plus years of industry Product Design experience< Strong attention to detail analytical skills and problemsolving< Experience on complex enterprisescale or consumer design projects Creative flair and a good eye for design Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent skills in professional design tools such as Figma Sketch AdobeXD InVision Experience working with Design Systems Bachelors Degree Desirable Skills Experience and Competencies Keen interest in or knowledge of banking or finance HTMLCSS Development Skills Participation in external UX groups or communities Masters Degree Tampa - Florida - USA8 - 15 Years10R22-Nov-2024NACTIVE1346367
