Plans, implements and monitors activities of the Training and Technical Direction Section. Develops survey protocols. Serves as full line supervisor. Minimum Qualifications * Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of four (4) years of college. * Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in public health. Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a health related field such as MHA, MPH, MBA, MSN, or other similar degree. * Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing. * Certified professional survey discipline or certified health facilities surveyor. * Five (5) or more years of experience preparing and delivering training curriculum, education, and presentations on the regulation and surveying of health care and long-term care facilities. * Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health care and long-term care facilities * Ability to manage and evaluate an agency program, analyze administrative problems and adopt an effective corrective action plan. * Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience. * Five (5) or more years of experience in health care regulation. * Five (5) years of experience drafting, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures.
