What You'll Be Doing: * Providing test plans and software automation engineering expertise to deliver incremental features to a wide range of products and systems (hardware, software, virtual) * Design, develop, and integrate test and evaluation techniques into our automation frameworks, identify poor performing software/hardware and implement fixes to increase reliability, log defects, test scalability of systems, and provides status reports on the progress of tasks * Create, execute, improve, and maintain automation test scripts through standard methodologies, closely monitor test results for swift feedback, and participate in peer code reviews * Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for educating team members on automation best practices. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Must have active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and amenable for poly upgrade * Proficiency in Linux command line environment * Proficiency in one or more scripting and programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash. * Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot automation issues and optimize workflows. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * A Bachelor of Science in engineering, scientific, technical discipline, or comparable work experience * Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. * Experience with network configuration * Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. * Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Xen, OpenStack, VirtualBox) * Experience with RVTM, FAT, Acceptance Testing, and other formal testing procedures and documentation Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
