Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 /year Project Location: Biloxi, MS Job Type: Full-Time PROJECT MANAGER - CM (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) - MAJOR HEALTHCARE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS We are seeking motivated Project Managers/Construction Managers (PM/CM) with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Structural Engineering to join our team on a VA Construction Program, in Biloxi, MS. The candidates will act as a Design and Construction Manager reporting to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data, and generate reports, as a representative for the client on major healthcare construction projects. Available Positions: * 1 CM-Electrical Engineer * 1 CM-Mechanical Engineer * 1 CM-Structural Engineer Responsibilities: PM/CM will be a part of a team of professionals and act as the Owner's Representative role on these programs from design through construction and closeout. The PM/CM will be required to learn and integrate our company's best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment. PM/CM will act as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives).
