Description: Instructional Coach (K-2)
Requirements:
* Certification: Hold a New Jersey Standard Teaching Certificate
* Criminal Approval from State of NJ
* Highly skilled in data analysis and assessment practices
* 5 years minimum teaching experience
* Warm and inviting personality
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong teaching experience in early childhood or elementary education
* Background in Wilson Language, Orton-Gillingham, Science of Reading, and/or other multisensory approach
* Familiarity with K-2 mathematics approaches
* Ability to design and implement curriculum that aligns with state standards and supports student learning
* Proficiency in analyzing student performance data to identify areas for improvement and guide instructional practices
* Full time
* Tenure track position
