Duties & Responsibilities: * Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, program, and troubleshoot industrial control systems * Testing PLC programs and robots for automation processes * Participate in hardware design, including specifying components like sensors, actuators, and controllers * Support commissioning activities, including wiring, system integration, and debugging * Document technical processes and create manuals for system operations * Analyze data to enhance system efficiency, safety, and productivity Requirements: * Must be a junior or senior in college majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering * Familiarity with control systems software like Allen-Bradley and Siemens or experience with robotics preferred * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Must be a self-starter and willing to receive constructive feedback * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment
