Summary of Position:
The Associate Campus Pastor (ACP) of Adult Ministries provides pastoral leadership and direction for all Adult Ministries on campus and leads women's ministry directly. The primary responsibility includes leadership of Groups, Equip, Men's, and Women's ministries, with a sub-focus on Prophetic, Primetime, Widows, Single-Parent Families, and Jewish Ministries. The ACP of Adult Ministries is an executive-level leader who leads with a "big picture" mentality.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with Adult Ministries volunteers at all levels.
* Recruit, teach, train, and mentor volunteers to support Adult Ministries.
* Develop and implement strategies for growing Adult Ministries (Groups, Equip, Men's, Women's).
* Lead, plan, and execute Adult Ministry events and functions (e.g., Group Leader trainings/gatherings, Women's Nights, Men's Breakfasts, Community Nights, Growth Path, Equip classes, Kairos, etc.).
* Pastor and lead women's ministry directly.
* Weekend Services
* Serve on weekend rotations (6 weeks on, 1 week off).
* Regularly serve as Point Pastor on the weekend.
* Pastoral Duties
* Conduct weddings and funerals as needed.
* Conduct one-on-one biblical counseling as needed.
* Serve as part of the campus Pastor On Call rotation.
* Build and maintain healthy relationships with the Central team and participate in Central meetings as required.
* Lead and facilitate staff meetings as needed.
* Maintain a high level of collaboration with the ministry and support teams at the campus.
* Participate and contribute to campus Lead Team meetings.
* Participate in campus-wide and church-wide events as required.
* Administration
* Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of Adult Ministries metrics (One Report).
* Build and manage all Adult Ministries budgets, including Concur maintenance and reporting.
* Planning Center Online - general PCO maintenance and upkeep including:
* Oversee ministry onboarding of new adult ministry volunteers.
* Maintain accurate volunteer team rosters and schedules within PCO.
* Maintain accurate Groups info in PCO.
* Use all PCO platforms (People, Calendar, Registrations, Service, Groups, and Check-Ins) to organize and execute adult ministry functions.
* Coordinate production of creative items with the communications team.
General Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
General Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to:
* Sit/stand for long periods of time.
* Occasionally kneel, or crouch.
* The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
