Job Summary and Description
Responsible for managing, educating, reviewing, investigating, verifying, processing and responding to inquiries. Provides complex support in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Reports to the District Human Resources Department.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
* Associate's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
* Two years of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Licenses and Certifications:
* Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers.
* Prefer PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP certification.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
