David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2025 Design Consultant intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities: * Learn the process of supporting buyers through the design process * Become familiar with the new home buying process as it pertains to buyers making selections for their new home * Candidate will observe design appointments with buyers and assist with supporting documentation * Observe conflict resolution and creating customer delight. * Support designers with computer entry of selections and documents * Support in maintenance of Design Center Inventory Qualifications * Driven to excel * Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges * A positive, team player attitude * Enjoy building relationships with people * Provide exceptional customer service * Must have housing available in the greater Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the internship * Must be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Residential Construction/Homebuilding Additional Information Please submit resume and cover letter by January 31st, 2025.
