JustFab Inc. is looking for a Director, Supply Chain to ideate, implement, and create cutting edge supply chain products and solutions that would create seamless flow of merchandise across the global supply chain. This is a high impact role with an opportunity to influence one of the highest visibility and high impact areas. This individual is expected to own incubation and execution of innovative supply chain management concepts. The goal is to improve and enhance the JustFab network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and skillful in formulating data-driven decisions, comfortable navigating systems, and self-directive in the face of ambiguity to make progress. A key to success for this individual will be the speed at which opportunities are identified, implemented and success is measured. What You Will Do: * Direct, manage, and support the business on projects and strategic planning related to supply chain * Partner with our Asia office to establish SOPs & business requirements for our supply chain technology stack * Establish a culture of continuous improvement for the Supply Chain organization. * Lead the efforts to plan, manage and successfully execute initiatives including providing day-to-day leadership and direction to resources working on the initiatives. * Provide expertise to Executive Leadership and internal partners to rapidly assess and address immediate and long-term Global Supply Chain initiatives and process improvements. * Provide expertise and capacity to rapidly assess and address emerging business issues as they arise. * Drive project management and process improvement best practices throughout the organization. * Analyze existing business processes (both in and outside area of functional expertise), recommend improvements, and implement improvements in order that the changes are adopted and sustained with a focus on speed/cost tradeoffs. * Develop and execute high performance action plans to drive continuous productivity and process improvements with the business partners and vendor community. * Develop processes, systems, and dashboards to track process improvement performance and supply chain KPIs. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role.
