Performs evaluations and plans and implements exercise and treatments of referred patients, to rehabilitate the physical mobility of in and/or out patients. Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: * New clinicians considered * Excellent communication skills * Follows practice guidelines * Able to assess and interpret patient status and adapt treatment plan accordingly * Able to use a computer * Able to prioritize work tasks * Able to treat wide variety of diagnoses * Able to communicate with interdisciplinary care team members Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: * Prior hospital setting Educational Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree Physical Therapy Program License/Certification: * MA License * CPR Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
