Position Title: DEI Student Advisory Board Member

Reports To: Psy.D. Program Manager

Department: Psychology

Status (Hours per week): Flexible

Start and end dates: See RTH

General Description:

The DEI SAB board will partner with Consortium leadership by providing advisory

feedback about the student body’s perspective on sustainable program changes.

Members are tasked with eliciting student feedback on current program needs

pertaining to systemic and interpersonal racism or biases and suggesting mechanisms

to address program needs. This can include feedback around class structure, cultural

ambiance, practicum supports, or other supports the students feel may improve the

program.
